Inventory before expansion
We start with what already exists. Service pages, brochures, case studies, support answers and sales conversations may contain useful material that is difficult to find or has not been developed properly.
Each proposed topic needs a clear purpose and an appropriate place. Sometimes the right action is to expand a page or connect it to related evidence. Creating a second page that answers the same question can make the site harder to manage.
Build around customer decisions
A useful content plan includes more than introductory explanations. Buyers may need to understand suitability, implementation, ownership, costs, alternatives and what happens after purchase. Those questions should be answered where the business can provide meaningful detail.
For an illustrative integration service, a field-mapping example and an explanation of failure handling may be more useful than another general article about the benefits of automation.
Use expertise and evidence
- Interview the people who understand the product, service and customer.
- Distinguish first-hand experience from sourced technical facts.
- Check claims against available records and permissions.
- Explain who wrote or reviewed the material where readers would expect it.
- Use diagrams, screenshots or worked examples when they make the subject clearer.
- Give each important page a suitable review and maintenance owner.
Write clearly, then make it discoverable
We use descriptive titles, meaningful headings, relevant links and page metadata. Structured data is added where it accurately describes visible content. These practices support understanding; they do not rescue a weak article or guarantee an AI citation.
AI can assist research organisation and drafting, but it cannot provide evidence of a project that never happened. Expert review is especially important where content includes technical, regulated or consequential claims.
Production and distribution
The brief should define the audience, purpose, evidence, approval owner and next step. We agree how content reaches customers through the website and appropriate existing channels, rather than assuming publication alone creates an audience.
Send your services, target customers, existing content and the questions your team repeatedly answers. We can then identify the most useful gaps and a manageable production sequence. Updates should follow substantive changes in the subject, not cosmetic date changes.
Common questions
Do you recommend a fixed number of articles each month?
Only when that cadence fits a justified plan. A quota is not a substitute for identifying useful topics and maintaining the important pages already published.
Can existing content be reused?
Yes. It can be updated, clarified or repurposed where it remains accurate and you have the right to use it. Reuse should add value, not create competing duplicates.
Will the pages appear in AI answers?
There is no guarantee. We make content accessible, clear and supported, while acknowledging that AI systems select their own sources and responses.
